SJS Trading Co is the official Australian importer of FX Airguns. By accessing or using any such website (“Site”), you accept these Site Terms and SJS Trading Co’s Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree with any part of the Site Terms you must not use the Site.

GUARANTEES

All FX Airguns products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality without a major failure.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, WARRANTIES

If you are not satisfied with your FX Airguns product, you must contact the Australian dealer from whom you purchased it from within 30 days from the date of purchase to advise. After 30 days, all sales are final and return or exchange will not an option.

These guarantees don’t cover products damaged due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, or excessive wear caused by neglect of general service requirements due to owner’s failure to provide reasonable and necessary care.

INDEMNITY

Arising from use of any of FX Airguns products, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SJS Trading Co and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand including reasonable lawyers’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Site Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
